Customize Event Graphics
Customize an event's masthead image
Add a hero image to set the tone on your event page. This image will be displayed in the background behind the event title, location, and date. Because it's partially obscured we recommend not including important text info on this image.
- Click the 'event masthead image' button.
- Drag an image file from your computer to the grey box in the pop-up window or click the grey box to select it directly from your files.
- Scroll down to see the image displayed in your store's image library.
- Click 'select'.
- Close the pop-up window.
For best results your image should be horizontal in orientation, at least 1200px wide and no more than 2 MB in size (for fast loading).
Be sure to preview your image in your storefront (the web address is listed on your main dashboard page).
Customize an event's masthead logo
Replace your event name with your event's logo.
- Click the 'event masthead logo' button.
- Drag a transparent image file from your computer to the grey box in the pop-up window or click the grey box to select it directly from your files.
- Scroll down to see the image displayed in your store's image library.
- Click 'select'.
- Close the pop-up window.
A masthead logo is usually not required and, to avoid confusion, should only be uploaded if it contains your event name. This feature is intended for light coloured logo files that allow the masthead image to show through. If your logo doesn't have a transparent background we recommend not using this feature (instead, the default text will do the trick beautifully).
If you choose to upload a masthead logo image, a transparent PNG image around 900px wide is required. For best results images should be 2 MB or less.
This is an advanced feature. If you have any doubts about your logo it may be a good idea to ask your graphic designer for guidance.

- Scroll down to see the image displayed in your store's image library.
- Click 'select'.
- Close the pop-up window.
