Customize PDF Tickets
Each ticket is sent to the purchaser as a QR code via email and as a PDF for optional printing. The ticket type, ticket numbers and ticket holder names are printed on each ticket, as well as a link to your terms & conditions and a note about safely transferring tickets.
When setting up an event you can set default text to be printed on all the tickets that get created for an event. This can include dates and times, venue address, and any other vital information that attendees will find helpful to have displayed on their printed tickets. You can also customize this info on a ticket-by-ticket basis under the ticket’s PDF tab.
Layout for PDF tickets
There are a few different layout options for PDFs. Each layout has different fields that can be customized.
Condensed ticket layouts minimize the content but fit more tickets per page. No graphics are included on the condensed tickets.
The standard layout accomodates two tickets per page and allows for a graphic to be displayed at the bottom of each ticket.
Upload a ticket PDF graphic
Ticket graphics should be square, on a white background and in either JPEG or PNG format. The image will be automatically sized to fit within 3.25” x 3.25”.
For best results images should be 2 MB or less.
This is a great spot for your organization’s logo.
Preview PDF tickets
After adding text and uploading a graphic it’s a good idea to proof your ticket. Click the “download digital PDF preview” button and a test ticket will be sent to your device’s download folder for review.
