Send Ticket-specific Receipt Messages

Receipt Messages are displayed prominently at the top of ticket delivery emails and order confirmation pages. 

Because of limited space we recommend that these messages should only be used for important warnings or announcements that are essential for specific ticket holders to be aware of. 

For example a VIP ticket with private entry could require the following message: 

“VIP ticket holders are requested to access the event discreetly via the rear alley to the east of the venue’s main entrance.” 

General event info is typically more ideally suited to your marketing and communication channels.
