Search for an Order
All tickets are linked to orders. When managing anything to do with an individual ticket-holder you’ll first need to find their order.
To find an order:
Go to Orders and use the search field to look up an email address, specific order number, or ticket-holder name. Orders are listed chronologically and are not event-specific.
We recommend starting with an email address search. This should result in seeing all historical orders related to the email address. From there finding the order in question should be easy.
If email search doesn't show any results, there may have been a typo when the order was first placed. At this point you’ll want to try searching by name or order number.
Searching for an order is also available from any page in the dashboard by clicking the ‘search’ magnifying glass icon at the top of the page.
Once you’ve found the order you’re looking for you’ll be able to:
- Message the ticket-holder by email
- Re-send tickets via confirmation email
- Edit the ticket-holder’s contact info
- Swap or exchange tickets
- Refund orders in part or in full
- Add tickets to an order
- Cancel an order
- Download PDF tickets
- View the full order history
- Add notes to the order for future reference
