Create an Order

Go to Orders and select ‘New order’.

Enter the name, email, and phone number related to this order. Name and email are important to include so that you can easily search and find the order in the future.

If you choose to not enter any info here the order will be linked automatically to your user email.

Click ‘create order and add items’ to make the order official.

After creating the order you’ll add the appropriate tickets. To do so, select ‘add tickets’.

Choose the ticket from the dropdown selector and add a quantity. Repeat this step if the order will have multiple ticket types. 

With tickets added to an order you can choose to make them no-cost by selecting the ‘comp?’ checkbox or add a discount by entering a previously created promo code. 

To finalize the order you’ll need to complete the purchase by entering credit card details or recording a cash payment. If the order has no dollar value you’ll simply be prompted to save the order.

After saving the changes to the order it’s important to send a new confirmation email to the ticket holder so they receive their new tickets. To do this click ‘send message’ on the order page and then ‘send confirmation email’.
