Changing Tickets in an Order
Search for the order by name, email or order number.
On the order page click ‘Adjust Order Items’.
Update the quantity of an existing ticket in the order and then select a new ticket in the dropdown selector to add to the order. Make sure to set the quantity as well.
If the new tickets are the same dollar value as the old tickets you’ll be prompted to save the order.
If the dollar value is different you’ll be prompted to perform a refund or complete a transaction.
After saving the changes to the order it’s important to send a new confirmation email to the ticket holder so they receive their new tickets. To do this click ‘send message’ on the order page and then ‘send confirmation email’.
