Refund Tickets in an Order

Search for the order by email address, name, or order number. 

On the order page click ‘Cancellations & Refunds’ and follow the prompts to either refund the entire order (including or excluding fees), or cancel the order without refunding anything. 

To refund tickets individually click ‘Adjust Order Items’ on the order page. This will allow you to subtract tickets and save the changes. As above, you’ll be prompted to perform a refund.
