Cancel Tickets in an Order

To cancel all tickets in an order first search for the order by email address, name, or order number. On the order page click ‘Cancellations & Refunds’ and follow the prompts to either refund the entire order (including or excluding fees), or cancel the order without refunding anything. 

To refund tickets individually click ‘Adjust Order Items’ on the order page. This will allow you to subtract tickets and save the changes. As above, you’ll be prompted to perform a refund. 

If you're only removing some tickets in an order it’s important to send a new confirmation email to the ticket holder so they receive their active tickets. To do this click ‘send message’ on the order page and then ‘send confirmation email’.
