Configure Attestations

Attestations are special terms or conditions that must be agreed to before buying specific ticket types. They are useful for age restrictions and for confirming attendees don't need to self-isolate due to COVID-19.

1. Go to Attestations in the Tools section of your dashboard
2. Click “New attestation”
3. Add a title for your reference
4. Enter a label that users must click to begin reviewing their attestation (e.g. “Age confirmation”)
5. Enter the main conditions of the Attestation (e.g. "I confirm I'm the age of majority”)
6. Enter any extra details for display in small print
7. Select all the tickets that require buyers to opt in to this attestation
8. Click “Save"

Preview your attestation by going to your storefront and beginning the purchase process with any of the related tickets. Once you’ve added them to your cart, proceed to the checkout. You should see the purchase forms disabled and a big button requesting a confirmation.
