Message Ticket Holders

Send simple updates about an event to your attendees. These emails are basic in appearance and are intended to share specific event-related info.

  1. Go to Tools > Messaging in your dashboard
  2. Choose the event from the dropdown selector that you’d like to message people about (If you don’t see your event listed here it may be archived. If so, you’ll need to un-archive it before proceeding)
  3. Click “write message”
  4. Select the ticket holders that you’d like to message by expanding the event and checking each relevant ticket
  5. Enter the Subject Line of the email
  6. Enter your message
  7. Send a preview to yourself to make sure everything looks good
  8. Click “Save”

Once your message is saved you can click “Send” whenever you’re ready. It will then be scheduled to be delivered within a few minutes. 

If you change your mind, you can click “View” to delete the message before it gets delivered. 

Note: you’ll need to start from scratch if you delete.
