Restricting access to an event for presales

Lock an event behind an access code by going to Edit Event Details ➔ Advanced Settings and scrolling down to find the option to “restrict access to the event page”.

Select “require access code” and enter a word that people will need to enter to unlock the event page.

Scroll down to save. 

It’s always a good idea to test your work out by going to your storefront and clicking the event. 

The access code will only be required once per user.

Keep in mind that you’ll need to remove this lock once public sales begin.
