How do I receive notifications when tickets sell?

Tickit can send you notifications by text or email when your tickets are nearly sold out or when each order is placed.

Go to Settings and look for Sales Updates. Enter you email address and/or phone number to receive notifications when your tickets get close to selling out.

To enter more than one email or phone number just separate them with commas.

To receive a notification for each order you will need to enable 'sales notifications' in individual events' advanced settings (Event > Edit event details > Advanced settings).
