How do I change my storefront URL?

Storefront URLs are intended to be permanent.

Editing these addresses is not possible in your dashboard.

If you have multiple events that require unique URLs, we recommend setting up a separate Tickit account for each of them. Using the same email address for each account will allow you to switch between them in a shared admin dashboard.

If you entered an incorrect URL while creating your Tickit account, we can help. Send the requested change to support@tickit.ca.
