How do I know who has been admitted to my event?

Search for an individual ticket

To see if a specific ticket holder has been admitted you can use the search function to look up the name or email address of an individual. Go to the relevant order page and scroll down to find the ticket in question. If already checked-in, the ticket will be marked as 'admitted' along with a time stamp and the option to 'reverse admission'.

You can also see a comprehensive order history at the bottom of each order page. If a ticket has been admitted it will be noted here.

Find all un-admitted attendees

To see a list of all un-admitted attendees, find the active event in Box Office and select 'manage check-ins'. On the event's box office page you can expand the ticket group to view more info. Find the ticket type in question and select 'tickets'. This will give you a comprehensive list of all tickets and show their status.

To view all tickets that haven't been admitted, filter the list to show 'un-admitted tickets'.
