Can I refund a single ticket in an order?
Yes. To refund tickets individually click ‘Adjust Order Items’ on the relevant order page. This will allow you to subtract tickets and save the changes.
After subtracting the appropriate ticket scroll down and you’ll be prompted to perform a refund.
To make sure there is no confusion at the event, click 'Send Message' to let the order holder that one of their tickets will no longer be valid. The email they receive will have a link to their order confirmation page where all active tickets will be available to them.
