Select Ticket Type
All tickets need to be connected to an event so, before setting up your tickets, you'll need to create a new event.
Standard Ticket
Standard tickets are versatile enough for almost any event. This is almost always the ticket type you will want to use. It’s selected by default.
Multipack Ticket
Use Multipacks to bundle multiple tickets into a single purchase. When someone buys a multipack they'll receive all of the component tickets you've grouped together. These component tickets can be any standard ticket already set up in any active event.
When a multipack includes components from multiple events it will appear in both events.
Note: The components of a multipacks can't be changed once the first multipack is sold.
Timed Ticket
A timed ticket is like a standard ticket that can be applied to many different time slots over many days. Timed tickets are organized in bundles which allows different types of tickets to be allocated to different days (e.g. weekday and weekend pricing).
Ticket with Variants
Tickets with Variants allow for unique tickets to be nested under a parent ticket. Each variation can have its own name, price and available quantity. After entering the general info for one of these tickets you can manage the variants under pricing.
Virtual Event Ticket
Use virtual event tickets to sell access to streamed events. With virtual event tickets you will be asked to include a web link for where the event will be streamed. This link will be shared with the buyer on their order confirmation page.
For streamed events that don’t yet have event URLs set up you can use the Standard Ticket option and follow up with an event link by messaging ticket holders before the event begins.
Note: Virtual Event Tickets do not include a downloadable ticket in PDF form.
