Multipacks

Use Multipacks to bundle multiple tickets into a single purchase. When someone buys a multipack they'll receive all of the component tickets you group together. These component tickets can be any standard ticket already set up in any active event.

Creating a Multipack

While working on an event select "add ticket", choose Multipack Ticket, and "create ticket". Fill in all the General Info just as you would for a standard ticket.

Note: When a multipack includes components from multiple events it will appear in both events.

Define your Component Tickets

Multipacks are made up of one or more component tickets. The tickets can also be from one or more of your active events.

Fixed

Select "fixed tickets" if the multipack is specific in what it should include. For example, to create a buy-one-get-one-free discount, select the eligible ticket and set the quantity to '2' then set the price accordingly to match the price of a single ticket. When the buyer chooses this multipack they will receive the specific tickets you define here.

Flexible

Select "flexible tickets" if the multipack can include different combinations of tickets. This could be used to create a discounted "3 Ticket Bundle" where the buyer can select any three tickets from all the tickets you predefine.

With flexible multipacks you will need to set number of individual eligible tickets required to be selected by the buyer to complete the multipack purchase. In the example above, to create a 3 Ticket Bundle set the "qualifying quantity" to 3 and then select all the ticket options that could qualify.

Set the Multipack Price

Setting a Multipack's price is the same process as with a standard ticket. Since multipacks contain multiple tickets it's important to remember that the price should reflect the total cost of all tickets in the multipack.
