Admit Attendees with the Tickit Check-in App

Tickit’s Check-in App can be used to scan tickets or as a searchable will call list.

Scanning with the device’s camera

1. Make sure you’re on the “Scan" screen
2. Tap the “tap to scan” button to engage the camera
3. Point the camera at the QR code to see the results on screen

Scanning with a Linea sled

1. Make sure you’re on the “Scan” screen 
2. Click and gently hold the scanner button on the side of the device to engage the red beam
3. Direct the red beam toward the QR code and see the results on screen 

Searching by name

1. Go to the “Search” screen
2. Begin typing the ticket holder’s name to see the results on screen
3. Many people will have multiple tickets so make sure you find the correct one
4. Click “admit" to register the attendee and ‘reverse’ if you’ve made a mistake
