Cross-promoting events from other Tickit stores

If you are associated with multiple Tickit stores you can use our cross-promotion feature to show events from other stores on your home page.

• Go to Tools > Connected Stores on your Tickit dashboard
• Click "Connect a Store"
• Enter the other store's website address (something like other-store.tickit.ca)
• You can optionally include "All public events" or choose specific events to feature
• Done! Now events from the other store will be displayed at the bottom of your homepage

What events will be included?

If you choose "All public events" we will only include publicly visible events from the other store. This includes events that are currently on sale, or are previewing before going on sale. Basically whatever events are on their home page.

Hidden events or events requiring redemption links will not be included.

If you choose to include just specific events, they will be displayed for as long as they are publicly visible on the other store. Once an event is archived or hidden it will no longer appear in the cross-promotion area.
