Installing Tickit Check-in for Android without the Play Store
Enable Installation from Unknown Sources:
Enable Installation from "Unknown Sources"
- Open your device’s
Settings. - Go to
Apps > Special access > Install unknown apps. - Select the browser you’re using (likely Samsung Internet or Chrome).
- Enable the option
Allow from this source.
Download the Tickit Check-in app
Open Samsung Internet or Chrome on your Android device and go to the following URL:
https://tickit-public-downloads.s3.amazonaws.com/tickit-checkin-universal.apk
- The app file will begin downloading. Once the download is complete, you will see a notification.
Install the app
- Tap the notification or open the
My Filesapp and navigate to the Downloads folder. - Tap the downloaded file to start the installation process.
- Follow the prompts to install the app.
Open the app
- After installation is complete, tap Open to launch the app, or find it in your app drawer.
